CONSTRUCTION SITE HANDOVER

Bernard Steyn, from AVDM Consulting Engineers, held the terrain meeting on Monday, 29 July 2024 where the terrain was officially handed over to DAL for the installation of municipal services and roads.

Following this handover, construction will commence with the installation of essential services, including water, sewage, and stormwater pipelines, in Phase 1.

MEET THE CONTRACT MANAGER

We would like to introduce Abel Michel, the Contract Manager appointed for Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate, by DAL Projects.

Abel is highly experienced. He worked for Savage & Lovemore Construction Civil Engineering for 15 years before moving to Power Construction, where he served as Director and Shareholder for one of Power Construction’s companies for 8 years.

According to Abel: ‘‘The construction for Phase 1 is expected to be completed in approximately 3-4 months, weather permitting. Therefore, we anticipate the completion of Phase 1 towards the end of October 2024.’’

ANNUAL PRICE INCREASE CONFIRMED

Please be aware that prices will increase by approximately 7-8% starting September 1, 2024.

Please note that prices will not increase for purchasers who have already signed.

Why is the entry-level pricing for this property development such a smart investment? For example, our Type 1 Unit (2 Bedroom), which was launched at the beginning of 2023, was priced at R 1,580,000. With the upcoming price increase, it will be around R 1,895,000, giving initial purchasers an immediate estimate of R 300,000 gain on their investment.

The new prices will be released towards end of August 2024. 

OVERSTRAND MEDICAL CENTRE

July, 2024 – We are pleased to announce that the local municipality and the Department of Health have officially approved the plans for the Overstrand Medical Centre’s emergency unit, and phase one of the foundation construction has already begun.

Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate has entered into a service-level agreement with Overstrand Medical Centre to offer remote medical monitoring, ensuring health-conscious living for all Kleinbaai residents.
